In UCPath, recruiting and workforce administration are now built into the manager/supervisor self-service portal. With this enhanced access managers/supervisors are able to view and update their employees' information. Supervisors also have access to essential employment data for their direct reports, including emergency contact, office address, start date, compensation history, etc. Recruiting and ePerformance are also now built into the manager/supervisor self-service portal.  For more information check out the Manager/Supervisor resources page.  

This week, the UCPath Security team discovered some employees were still having trouble gaining access to the following reports:

• UCP-001 - Department Roster Report
• UCP-002 – Employee Locator Report
• UCP-003 - Position Control Report.  

The access for these reports is currently being granted and should be available very soon.  Information about the new Cognos reporting system can be found here. You can also find a link to the quick 10 minute training on the new Cognos system..
