How AggieService Helps You
AggieService, a case management system that is used for initiating human resources and payroll actions, began use for some departments at UC Davis Health April 1st. Initially, UC Davis Health academic personnel will start using AggieService for certain types of transactions before it launches across UC Davis Health later in 2019.
AggieService is already in use by several departments at UC Davis. It will provide transparent connections between departments, service channels and central offices. It will also provide end-to-end visibility for human relations and payroll transactions. Megan Glide Villasenor, Assistant Director with the Shared Services Organization, says AggieService will help provide a much more employee-friendly transactional process.
“With AggieService, employees will have the ability to see which member of the Health Service Channel is working on his or her case.” Villasenor said. “All case information will be visible in one place, along with timestamps on any communication from Health Service Channel members.”
Employees will also be able to view status updates on their case in real time. There are limited types of transactions academic personnel will use initially.

Training for academic personnel is ongoing. AggieService is expected to be in use for all of UC Davis Health once UCPath goes live later this year.
