AggieService Webinars for Recruitment Requests - Sept. 30 & Oct. 8

Two training webinars for managers and supervisors to learn how to request a recruitment through the AggieService ticketing system have been scheduled:

  • Monday, Sept. 30, 1 – 3 p.m. (including 30-minute Q&A)
  • Tuesday, Oct. 8, 9 - 11 a.m. (including 30-minute Q&A)

Timely Topics

With UCPath Go Live and the implementation of the Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) module on Oct. 1, this training covers:

  • Beginning Oct. 1, recruitment requests will be processed using AggieService
  • Current PeopleSoft requisition and recruitment module are no longer available for requesting new recruitments
  • Current PeopleSoft will only be available for inquiry for job postings/applicants processed prior to Sept. 25
